Malcolm Turnbull must immediately sign the bilateral agreements with the states for the full rollout of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

He should also halt the Liberal attack on the current Board of the NDIS and commit to delivering the NDIS in full and on time.

For too long, this Liberal Government has been dragging its feet, delaying the rollout of the NDIS.

Then two weeks ago, Mitch Fifield advertised for new board positions, creating even more uncertainty for people with disability, desperate to know when they will get access to the Scheme.

We know that both the NSW and Victorian Governments are ready to sign agreements for the full rollout of the NDIS.

There is no cause for delay.

People with disability have waited long enough for the NDIS.

Malcolm Turnbull should give them the certainty they deserve.

Labor built the NDIS because for too long, people with disability had been treated like second class citizens.

The NDIS is already transforming the lives of over 17,000 people with disability.

It is the responsibility of this Government to ensure the NDIS is rolled out as promised.

Malcolm Turnbull should get on with the job of seeing this through, and give people with disability the certainty they deserve.
