Austin Repatriation Hospital Gallipoli Mosaics Project

This project delivers four high profile, commemorative ceramic mosaics which depict the human stories of the Gallipoli campaign at the home of the iconic Austin Repatriation Veterans Hospital in Bellfield.

Constructed by local Ivanhoe artist Simon Norland, the mosaics recognise various scenes from the Gallipoli Campaign, which lasted for 8 months during 1915.

They will act as permanent reminder of the human element of the Gallipoli conflict.
